The call recording feature creates audio-based recordings of your telephone conversations and attaches them to your leads. Listen to calls from the Jess dashboard to qualify leads, evaluate your customer service experience, or identify training opportunities.
Calls recording is optional and can be enabled or disabled with just one click. If enabled, you can enter a message to play prior to connecting your call, which is necessary to comply with local laws that require disclosure to callers that calls are being recorded.
Call recording is included with your per minute rate, so there is no additional cost to enable it. Recordings are stored for free and are deleted after 30 days.
